Liner Notes from Lunar Songs 2:
This song came together relatively easily.  Since it was quickly decided 
that Ikezama-san [Haruna Ikezawa] was a good match for the part of Jessica,
I wrote this song with her in mind.  Kyoko Hikami-chan [Luhna's seiyuu] 
said "The title is 'Pretty Girl'?  I feel sick."  She was looking for a 
fight.  <g>

Translation Notes:
"Tsukamenai koto" in line 15 means "something elusive"  -  as in an action
Jessica wishes to but always just barely fails to accomplish. 

The word "kiechae" in lines 16 and 24 is actually in the (abrupt) 
imperative tense.  I've translated the lines as "You should ____", since 
that just seemed the most natural translation to me.  (The understood-you
in the song is, of course, Killy/Kyle.)  

The stanza division here doesn't perfectly fit the rhythm of the song.
