The player can encounter a short, odd variant situation/bug
at the start of PS3 if Kein sells his equipment before his 
wedding ceremony and uses the money to buy an Exa-Ocarina
(Escapipe).  Kein can use the Ocarina to escape from the
castle dungeon and go back to the Riik Castle throne room  
-  but doing so will trip up the game so that Kein cannot 
proceed any further in his quest (several bugs  -  NPC's 
turning into different character sprites or rendered unable
to speak, Marlena (mute and unresponsive) reappearing in 
her room after her abduction, etc.  -  will pop up, and 
Kein will be unable to leave Riik, since the old man 
blocking the exit pre-wedding ceremony will still be at his
post).
